Reservation & Ticketing Agent (m/f/d)
for our office in Hong Kong
About the Role:
AVIAREPS is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Reservations Support Agent (m/f/d) to join our growing team in Hong Kong for a prestigious new airline partner, soon to be launching flights to Hong Kong (HKG). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting & providing excellent service to our trade partners, handling ticketing and reservations, and helping to grow market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting travel agencies and direct customers with flight bookings, reissuing, fare calculations, and itinerary changes
Handling reservations & ticketing requests using airline clients’ reservation systems (Amadeus experience is required; knowledge of other reservation systems is a plus)
Managing individual and group bookings efficiently
