We're Hiring: Reservations Support
Location: Georgetown, Penang
Languages: Mandarin
Working Hour: 24/7 (5Days work, 2 days OFF)
Salary: 4500RM (All in packages)

What You'll Do:
Handle reservation-related inquiries (pre & post) via phone and email
Modify or cancel bookings, manage special requests
Be the key liaison between guests and hotels to resolve concerns
Deliver outstanding service while supporting hotel partners
What You Bring:
Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
Strong problem-solving & commercial thinking
Experience in customer care or the hotel industry
Able to work rotating shifts (monthly)
