Reservations Specialist

Position Summary:

The Reservations Deputy Manager (DM) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day reservations operations, optimizing room inventory and revenue, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. The role supports the Reservations Manager in driving efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily reservations operations across all channels (brand website, direct bookings).

• Coordinate closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Handle complex bookings, group reservations, and VIP requests.

• Monitor pick-up, forecasting, and pace reports, support demand and yield strategies.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and audit requirements.
