Primary responsibility is to support the Reservations Sales Consultants and Supervisors in a variety of tasks including preparing confirmations, on-line reservations, call backs, group rooming lists, performing reservation audits, etc. At the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is focused on the backend processes within the reservations department, allowing the Reservation Sales team to focus on selling and minimizing their administrative time away from calls.
