Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel Reservations Agent to join the front office team with this internationally branded hotel group based in Cape Town.
About:
As Reservations Agent you’ll be handling hotel reservations via phone, email, & online platforms
Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
Respond to guest inquiries and provide hotel information and rates
Coordinate with hotels and internal departments to confirm availability
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details

Requirements:

South African national or those with valid work permit
Experienced in hotel reservations
Tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field
Salary package: R19000 ctc
