Reservation Officer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Hotel Management or any other equivalent.
• Customer oriented with strong leadership skill.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Team Player and must be self-motivated and result oriented.
• Computer literate and able to work independently.
• Committed, dedicated and high job responsibility.
• Able to effectively prioritize own workload and work well under pressure
• Adept with controlling a busy switchboard with an excellent telephone manner
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• To be responsible to ensure all reservations queries are replies within 24 hours, and phone calls answered within 3 rings with proper phone etiquette.
