Key Responsibilities
- Handle all room reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms with accuracy and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information on availability, rates, and promotions.
- Confirm, amend, or cancel bookings while ensuring all details are correctly updated in the system.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special arrangements.
- Promote room upgrades, special packages, and add-on services to maximize revenue.
- Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports, monitoring occupancy and booking trends.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies while maintaining data privacy and guest confidentiality.
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive first impression for all guests.
