Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and special offers.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest check-ins.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and last-minute reservations.
- Upsell services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Resolve any reservation-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and assist in occupancy forecasts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
