Job Description
Handling new collagen and protein hydrolysate projects from extraction to result in achievement (product).
Coordinating with the Innovation Center for necessary equipment requests.
Specializing knowledge and preferably people who have experience with collagen or protein hydrolysate.
Proving experience in collagen or protein hydrolysate and project management.
Being responsible and leading the project including doing an experiment, researching literature and patents, connect with other companies to achieve the project.
Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in a related field or equivalent experience.
Lab experience in the field of food research.
Knowledge of OEM is a plus.
