**Om stillingen**:
The Section for Immunology is seeking a dedicated and innovative researcher for a permanent position. In broad terms, we conduct laboratory-based studies to understand how the immune system responds to infections, vaccines and environmental exposures, to improve preventive interventions, and with the ultimate goal of reducing overall disease burden.
- and long-term effects of infection and vaccination, including post-infectious sequelae (e.g. long COVID) and adverse events from vaccination, to identify risk groups for severe infections and reduced vaccine effect. The overall goal is to enable better, targeted interventions for disease prevention.
We also serve as a scientific collaborator and methodological resource for FHI as a core facility specializing in high-dimensional single-cell analysis, where we study the impact of altered immune cell profiles in the context of environmental exposures and immune diseases.
