The role involves identifying trends, uncovering patterns, causal inference and creating visualizations or reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, driving improvements in operations, strategy, and performance.

• Define/improve metrics representing the product’s performance and operations efficiency
• Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Clean, organize, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.
