Institut de Recerca Biomèdica de Lleida, Fundació Dr. Pifarré (IRBLleida), Spain. Temporary replacement contract, full‑time 37.5 hours per week, starting 6 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and facilities: cage washers, autoclaves, registration of sterilization processes, troubleshooting.
• Monitor reproduction procedures and assist researchers and technicians.
• Implement and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for housing and care.
• Perform basic experimental procedures: change cages, feed, water; routine animal care; manage breeding and reproduction of genetically defined colonies.
• Conduct hormonal administration, mating, plug control, weaning, record breeding information.
• Administer analgesia, anaesthesia, euthanasia according to SOPs and legal requirements.
