Job Description The Senior Research is an early‐career investigator responsible for leading applied research and evaluation projects using real‐world data, with a strong emphasis on electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and claims data. This role requires deep technical expertise in clinical and administrative data and clinical processes, especially at community health centers. The individual will serve as a hands‐on analyst, working closely with a Senior Health Services Researcher to execute high‐quality studies that inform primary care delivery, workforce development, and patient outcomes in community‐based settings, particularly Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
