Job Description:
Seeking a Scientist to join a Biotech company to work on an exciting project. 
Responsibilities: 
·Demonstrated experience in cell culture techniques (, immortalized and primary cell lines) 
Proven expertise in transfection of difficult-to-transfect cell types, including primary cells 
Proficiency in flow cytometry, including experimental design and data analysis 
Experience performing cell binding and internalization assays 
Strong background in gene expression analysis using qPCR and RT-qPCR 
Hands-on experience with tissue/organ homogenization, preferably using automated systems such as QIACube 
Familiarity with protein expression and purification workflows, including the use of benchtop kits for protein modification (, fluorophore labeling)
