Austin Retina Associates is seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual to help us enhance recruitment of potential study subjects in a thriving retina practice's growing research department. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and the administrative aspects of clinical research.

• Develop prescreening strategies to identify and recruit potential subjects for clinical research studies 
• Assist with recruitment phone calls to potential subjects, schedule time to consent at following clinic appointment, and send consents via email
