Research Operations Specialist

Our client is seeking a Research Operations Specialist to join their Research, Administration, Operations and Project Management team in New York City.

As part of the Research, Administration, Operations and Project Management team, the Research Operations Specialist will report to Director, Operations and Project Management. You will support the operational coordination of research and implementation efforts led by the Office of the Chief Scientist as well as support coordination across internal and external teams, contribute to managing complex calendars, coordinating high-impact meetings and project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication across all internal and external teams that interact with the Office of the Chief Scientist.
