Research Manager

Role Description:
A Research Manager is available for a full-time on-site role in Lahore or Karachi, responsible for overseeing a team, developing research plans, analyzing data, preparing reports, managing client relationships, and ensuring project completion.
Qualifications:
Proven Business Development Exposure
Excellent Team Management
Strong analytical and research skills
Experience in market research, including survey design, data analysis, and interpretation
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with questionnaire design and creating survey instruments
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Experience in managing and developing a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's is a plus
Experience of 4-6 years in the Research Industry.
