Job Description

The Research Manager manage research projects sold to a client, respecting business requirements and timings. Design, manage and deliver projects with minimal supervision and increase involvement in the management and development of clients and people.
 
Clients
Build strong relationships with customers and advise clients effectively on a course of action, add insight to key client issues, identify and convert business development opportunities in accordance with Client First principles.
Directly handle the (business) relationship with the client in all the research stages, provide and/or acquire information useful for the purposes of project closure and maintaining a full level of satisfaction of the client himself.
