RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients

•Builds strong relationships with customers and can advise clients effectively on a course of action, adds insight to key client issues, and can identify and convert business development opportunities in accordance with Client First principles. •Directly handles the (business) relationship with the client in all the research stages, provide and/or acquire information useful for the purposes of project closure and maintaining a full level of satisfaction of the client himself. •Develops responsibility for sales budget

People

•Takes an active role in managing other team members according to leadership behaviors and works with the team leader to share management responsibilities and ensure compliance with HR processes •Organizes delegation within the team and upwards appropriately (. running project catch-ups with little input from the RD or SLL, …) •Provides project guidance, support, and coaching to junior team members
