The Opportunity

Join Monash University’s Clinical Genomics and Bioinformatics group and contribute to an NHMRC-funded research program using AI-driven genomics to advance precision medicine for brain cancer. As a Research Fellow (Level A or B), you will undertake innovative laboratory and bioinformatic research that supports the translation of cancer genomics into clinical care. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to build your research profile while contributing to discoveries with real-world impact.


This position will be responsible for conducting high-quality laboratory and bioinformatic research, working both collaboratively and, where appropriate, independently to generate and interpret genomic data. You will contribute to the design and delivery of research projects, prepare publications and conference presentations, and support the development of competitive grant applications.
