Research - Development Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
• Strong experience in new product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization, including shelf life study, formulation, TDS, and product trials.
• Exposure to UHT, beverage, margarine, oils & fats, chocolate & confectionery, or dairy-based products.
• Strong knowledge in food science / food technology / formulation / chemistry (especially fats & oils chemistry).
• Experience in recipe transfer from HQ and product optimization.
• Proven experience in leading R&D teams, including coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, QA/QC, Sales & Marketing, and external stakeholders).
