Research Coordinator

TEKsystems is partnering with an innovative startup, to support user testing for a cutting-edge device. We are seeking highly personable and organized individuals to assist in coordinating research sessions and documenting user experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in user research, healthcare technology, and client-facing work.
This project will be 6 months to start but can be extended more months for the top project consultants
Location: Waltham, MA (Onsite Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate: $20-22/HR
Job Duties

+ Coordinate and facilitate in-person user research sessions with study participants

+ Guide participants through structured testing activities involving a wearable medical device

+ Observe and document participant feedback, behaviors, and experiences using an iPad
