Key Responsibilities

• Lead core research team meetings and maintain documentation
• Coordinate research assistants and set project priorities
• Manage research files, ensuring protocol fidelity
• Develop literature review search strategies with PI
• Conduct focus groups and lead qualitative data analysis

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work
• 3+ years of research project management experience
• Solid qualitative research skills and tools
