Role Description

RSIL is hiring a full-time on-site Research Associate (Human Rights) based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This is a
contract-based role for six months,
with the possibility of renewal subject to project extension. Extension is
not guaranteed

The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on business and human rights issues, engaging with stakeholders across the country through consultations and interviews, reporting on project progress to the donor and relevant governmental authorities, and other related tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law required, with 1-3 years PQE. Master's degree in a relevant field will be preferred. Candidates with degrees in other relevant disciplines (e.g., Public Policy, International Relations) may be considered.
