Job Description

Description & Requirements

, a world leader in genetic research, is looking for an exceptional candidate to join the Spatial Technology Platform (STP). STP utilizes cutting-edge spatial profiling methods to generate highly multiplexed and multi-modal data sets at single-cell resolution as a high-throughput scaled service at the Broad Institute. In addition, our platform develops and pilots new technologies and capabilities that have potential for scaled service implementation, including cross-modality assays and technologies at precommercial stages. Our focus lies in highly multiplexed spatial transcriptomics alongside in situ proteomics and optical barcoding technologies for demultiplexing CRISPR perturbations. Our research and development efforts are increasingly directed toward profiling therapeutic candidates and their effects on cell-cell interactions and rescue of mechanisms and phenotypes underlying genetic disorders, immunological diseases, and cancer....
