Research And Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily R&D laboratory activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Support the development and improvement of paint and coating formulations.
• Coordinate product testing, evaluation, and documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Commercial teams during product development and scale-up.
• Monitor raw material performance and recommend formulation adjustments when needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in paint/coatings R&D or technical roles.
• Good understanding of paint formulation, raw materials, and testing methods.
• Experience supervising laboratory activities or small teams.
