About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Expert Onboarding team. The role involves engaging with senior industry leaders, onboarding them for client projects, and ensuring smooth coordination.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with experts (CEOs, VPs, Directors) via phone & email.
• Explain project details and confirm participation.
• Verify and manage expert profiles.
• Work with internal teams to meet client deadlines.
• Flexibility to stretch hours and work on weekends when required.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in communication oriented roles, where cold calling has been a primary role.
• Excellent English communication skills – spoken & written.
