We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to join Children's Homes in the Channel Islands. This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in a stunning location, with supportive management, a highly rewarding role, and excellent benefits.

You will be part of a parenting team providing a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people looked after by the Council. You'll work flexibly to meet their needs — including shift work, sleep‑ins, weekends, and bank holidays (paid at 2x rate).
