Your tasks
As Requirements Engineer CX (Customer Experience) you design and implement a convincing online experience for our customers. 
 Your focus will be on SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud). You will be responsible for implementing features that deliver a seamless, consistent omni-channel experience in a B2B context. Specifically, you will:
 
Capture, evaluate, and prioritize customer needs in a structured way, with a focus on Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Digital Services
Design user experiences that align with customer requirements
Assess and prioritize impacts on business processes and secure decisions related to design and user experience
Lead IT activities by conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions in an agile environment
