Description: In support of Marine Corps Systems Command’s (MCSC) Product Manager Infantry Weapons (PdM IW), the Requirements Analyst will translate operational capability gaps into formal technical requirements through the JCIDS process. Working closely with MCSC, the analyst will develop critical acquisition documents, conduct DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy) assessments, and prepare justifications for the POM budgeting cycle.
