Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business processes and application requirements. Act as a problem-oriented and solution-driven professional: identify/analyze problems, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver high-quality solutions. Communication & Leadership ~ Provide excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) across all organizational tiers, from frontline team members to senior management.
