Require Cantonese speakers in Malaysia

We are looking for native Cantonese speakers based in Malaysia to participate in a short audio collection project. Your task is to make real customer service calls to Malaysian banks and record the conversations.

What You Need to Do

• Call different Malaysian bank customer service numbers
• Have normal enquiry conversations (credit card, online banking, fees, etc.)
• Each call should have 3–10 minutes of real conversation with a human agent
• Complete around 30 minutes of total conversation audio (around 6-7 calls)

Requirements

• Native Cantonese speaker only (NOT Mandarin)
• Currently living in Malaysia
• Clear voice and natural speaking style
• Able to record calls using your phone
• Able to upload audio files online
• Can complete the work within 2 days

Payment

Payment is released after the client approves all recordings.
