Job Description
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members. Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and easy retrieval. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other official documents. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, external vendors, and clients for routine administrative matters.
