Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, and compliance Manage financial planning, budgeting, and control for USD 80M+ turnover Drive manufacturing costing, margin analysis, and working capital optimization Support business expansion, CAPEX planning, and funding strategies Play a key role in greenfield project feasibility, budgeting, and execution Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities Act as a strategic finance partner to the Board and senior management Requirements Age: 4048 years Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA Experience: 1520 years, with 57 years in senior finance leadership Mandatory experience in Manufacturing industry Proven exposure handling USD 80 Million+ turnover Greenfield project experience is a strong advantage Africa / emerging markets exposure preferred
