Representative, Customer Service (Temporary role)

**How you’ll make an impact:**

**Order Management**

+ Manage orders throughout the full order lifecycle, including order entry into JDE and order verification.
+ Check inventory availability based on customer requests.
+ Follow up with customers regarding order status and related inquiries.
+ Prepare and maintain backorder reports.
+ Process consignment stock orders.
+ Support physical consignment checks and resolve discrepancies in cooperation with the sales team.
