As a HR Reporting Specialist you are responsible for aggregating sensitive HR data, generating insightful reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support HR initiatives. Information provided is used widely throughout the organization allowing business leaders to effectively make decisions that support reaching business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail focused, to ensure a high level of accuracy in reporting, with strong analytical skills and familiar with HR Information Systems (preferably Oracle HCM).
