Job Description :

• Proper and timing reporting through Magnitude system: Monthly and Quarterly Dynamic Forecast (DF); Monthly Reporting (PACT, TREA, CACT, SSMT), Monthly Sales Report. To prepare ad hoc reports to Zone AOA when needed. Prepare monthly profit and loss and Balance Sheet under NAS, consolidate and prepare monthly cost center follow-up with budget holders, analyse variance with monthly budget
• Control TTS, PFME, MOGE and Distributions costs on monthly basis
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to direct report. Ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports

• Demonstrated capability to lead a group of people
• Experience in different environments in different manufacturing operation
• Successful in leading projects involving different departments or functions.
