A global shared services hub (GBS) for a leading tobacco company is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Center Process Manager to set the vision, operating model, and standards for enterprise reporting. This role transforms a team of Reporting Experts into a high-performing capability that delivers trusted, timely, and actionable insights at scale. You will ensure robust data governance, KPI standardization, and sustainable platform operations; accelerate self-service adoption; and leverage automation and AI-assisted capabilities to reduce cycle times and enhance decision quality.
