KYW Newsradio is a trusted news source with nearly 1 million weekly listeners who rely on us for the latest local, national, and international news, as well as weather, sports, and traffic updates.

We're looking for a part-time general assignment reporter for broadcast and digital, who can excel in on-the-ground reporting in Philadelphia.

**Responsibilities**

**What You'll Do:**

+ Produce and record news segments for KYW Newsradio.
+ Gather, write, record, edit and deliver news content including live coverage during breaking news.
+ Maintain general knowledge of issues, policies, and newsmakers.
+ Write scripts and ad-lib material for stories and live shots.
+ Develop and research potential news stories.
+ Ensure compliance with FCC regulations to protect the station’s license.
+ Other duties as required by management.
