Join Our Team as a Repairs Surveyor!

We’re currently looking for an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join our Complex Repairs team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the collection of information relating to Platform assets through the process of repairs and damp, mould & condensation surveys (DCM). You’ll play a key role in surveying Platform assets, gathering crucial information to keep our databases up to date, supporting business planning, and shaping future programmes of work. You’ll update damp and mould registers and manage our asset data, working collaboratively with the team to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, standards, and performance.
