Repairs Supervisor

About the role

Fortus Recruitment represents a maintenance contractor seeking a Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division. This position is based on a newly won contract in the GU & SO Postal areas, delivering reactive works repair services and void refurbishments to scattered housing properties. The Supervisor will oversee a large team of direct operatives and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day supervision of operatives
• Pre‑ and post‑inspection of works
• Organise and allocate operative workload in association with the program
• Tool‑box talks and health and safety monitoring
• Use NHF SOR to price works
• Travel between properties
• Liaise with the client and tenants over works
