The successful candidate will oversee repairs programmes, supervise contractors and trades operatives, carry out inspections, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage responsive repairs, maintenance works, and compliance activities.

Conduct pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Supervise contractors and trades staff, monitoring performance and productivity.

Prepare specifications, reports, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with health and safety, building regulations, and council procedures.
