Post Number: | Weekly Working Hours: 37 | Salary: £53,460 to £55,603 plus £9,967 Market Forces Supplement pro rata for hours worked | Type: Permanent | Location: Stevenage / Hybrid.

About the role

To successfully lead, and manage repairs associated contractors and respective technical teams, providing a comprehensive repairs, disrepair and damp and mould repairs service meeting legal, regulatory and Stevenage Borough Council policies and requirements.

To achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, ensuring maximum performance and compliance in accordance with the standards and policies of Stevenage Borough Council.

About you

Experience of property and related contract management of providers, ideally in a Local Authority and/or Housing Association setting.

Strong knowledge as relates to Legal Disrepair and Awaab’s Law, notably Damp & Mould services.
