+ **Run diagnostics and document findings on returned/damaged equipment**
+ **Perform testing and quality checks** on refurbished devices
+ Communicate with customers on repair status and updates
+ Order and manage replacement parts and returns
+ Escalate complex issues when needed
+ Maintain **organized records and work area**
