Repair & NPI Deployment Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The Repair & NPI Deployment Leader will lead and support the development and deployment of new repairs and tooling for our Global Onshore Wind Services & Installation Business with a focus on Craneless MCU. They will also lead Operations Maintenance & Upgrades lean efforts for new and existing process/capabilities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost.

**Essential Responsibilities**

As the Repair & NPI Deployment Leader, you will:

+ Be the primary liaison between the Global Services & Projects (Operations, Tooling Centers, EHS) and Wind Engineering (Repair & Installation Technology, Product Engineering, FPM) in the areas of tool / repair process developments & deployment.
