Repair Debug Technician

**Location:** Racine - Mount Pleasant, WI

**Pay:** $24 - $30 (shift premiums for 2nd & 3rd)

**Shifts:** 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift

**The Repair Debug Technician will perform troubleshoots, hands-on soldering repair for defective circuit boards & RMA field return PCAs.**

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Repair RMA return defective circuit boards.
+ Work closely with Failure Analysis Engineer (FAE) for PCAs troubleshooting and provide root-cause diagnostic feedback.
+ Hands on soldering skills for component replacement.
+ Know and able to read electronic schematics, BRD/CAD file and conduct component level.
+ Troubleshoots for defective mother boards.
+ Use visual clues, computer programs, and diagnostic tools to further diagnose FA difficulties.
