 As a proven leader within the Automotive Industry, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise, manage and motivate the production team.
  Role responsibilities 
 Organise team and workflow through production.
 Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frames.
 Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
 Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA.
 Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
 Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders .
