The Role
:As a R & M Supervisor on our South East Water contract, you will be supervising and monitoring the performance of water distribution teams who undertake repair and maintenance activities.

In this fast-paced environment, we’ll be making good use of health & safety expertise, as well as your organisation. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed and able to cope with project demand and appropriate assistance and mentorship is provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture’.
