Rental Properties Coordinator (St. Thomas)

Doug Tarry Limited has served customers in St Thomas and surrounding areas since 1954. We are seeking a full‑time Rental Properties Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations of our rental portfolio, coordinating tenant services, maintenance, rent administration and unit availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and general rental coordination.
• Receive, document, prioritize and coordinate resolution of tenant concerns and complaints.
• Ensure timely communication and follow‑up with tenants regarding maintenance and property‑related issues.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, cleaning or repairs to rental properties, working closely with internal teams and trades to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and report results.
• Coordinate notices, renewals, move‑in/move‑out documentation.
