Job Description

 Check customers identifications and driver license, draw up rental contract and payment process.
 Responsible of daily rental operation process.
 Process overdue vehicles and collect payments. 
 Follow-up customers overdue and payments 
 Receiving and delivering vehicles to customers
 Responsible of preparing reports. 
 Receiving and solving customers’ complains and inquires.
 Inspecting and diagnosing vehicles for any damage or scratches
 All other job-related duties, as assigned.
 
 Diploma in Business Management or Marketing
